1. HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Our delivery cost can vary depending on your location, please find a summary below. We are pleased to offer a free standard delivery rate no matter how many items you purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver to nearly all suburbs and postcodes within Australia.  We also deliver to most places internationally. If we can’t deliver to your location we will be in contact to try and arrange a way of getting it to you. You have the option for a refund if we can’t deliver to your location.

3. WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard Australian delivery may take between 1-10 working days, depending on your state. See the table above for more information on delivery times. Overseas delivery times will vary depending on zones. See table above for more information.

5. CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY METHOD ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

Unfortunately no, as our couriers are allocated to deliver your order based on your delivery method at the time your order is placed.

6. CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

As soon as you realise you would like to change the delivery address then please email our Customer Service Team at [email protected] and we will check where it is in the dispatch process to see if we can change that for you. If your order has been dispatched from our warehouse then unfortunately we can not change your delivery address.

7. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email from us as your order moves along the process. The emails you receive will be:

  • Order confirmation: this email has the details of your order just placed with us and is sent as soon as the order is placed and in our system.
  • Order has been picked and packed: this email lets you know that your order is ready at the warehouse and about to leave with our courier. Also attached to this email is your tax invoice.

Included in these emails is a link to more information to track your delivery to your door. Standard Australian delivery is via Sendle.com and you can track your order using the Consignment number or the email you used on the Shipped Confirmation email at their website. Overseas delivery is via Australia Post and you can track your order using the Consignment number on the Shipping Confirmation at their website details included in your tracking email

These emails are to keep you informed in the delivery process. Should you not receive these then you can check your order here at any time.

8. WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN THE COURIER TRIES TO DELIVER?

The courier will leave a card for you to contact them to arrange a time that is suitable for re-delivery.

10. IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON DELIVERY?

Yes we require a signature on delivery if you do not select a delivery instruction at Step 1 of checkout. If you select a delivery instruction then you are giving Authority to Leave, and we will not require a signature.

All Same Day deliveries require a signature even if you select a delivery instruction.

11. WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT THERE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?

If you are not there to accept delivery, and there is not another person over 18 at the address to accept delivery, then a card will be left with details of how to arrange re-delivery. Once you have arranged a time for re-delivery, the courier will try to deliver at that time. If you are not home when they try re-delivery, your order will be returned to the warehouse and you will be contacted to re-arrange another delivery time or a refund.

12. HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR COMPLIMENTARY DELIVERY?

Complimentary delivery is available for any order in Australia. Delivery will be via our Standard service, which can take 1-10 working days depending on the delivery postcode within Australia.  

13. I WOULD LIKE TO SEND DIFFERENT ITEMS IN MY ORDER TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

At this time we do not offer this service. All items within an order are shipped to one address. If you would like to place multiple orders to multiple addresses, then a separate order would need to be placed for each delivery address.
